What is your return policy?

If for any reason you do not love your purchase, please return the item in its original condition within 30 days of your original purchase date for a store credit, less shipping costs. You can also return items directly at our store location.

 

Do store credits expire?

No, store credits never expire.

 

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

Contact [email protected] and include a photo of the damage(s) within 7 days of receiving your item(s). We'll contact you to resolve your issue as quickly and easily as possible!

 

Can I update or cancel my order before it has been shipped?

Contact [email protected] with the information you would like to update. We'll do our best to update or cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped. We usually ship orders within 3 business days of your order date.

 

Do you ship internationally (outside of Canada)?

Currently we are only shipping within Canada
